Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Participation is open to college student groups representing a college only.
- Registration: All participants must register through the official GOAT CUP website before the closing date.
- Entry Fee: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Categories: Participants can compete with a fusion of the given categories (Dance, Drama, Fashion, Voice).
- Team Representation: Each college can send only one official team.
- Selection Process:
- Teams should share an 8-minute single take video.
- The registrations will be filtered based on the 8-minute videos sent, and 60 teams will be selected for Auditions.
- 60 Teams will be auditioned as 15 Teams each at 4 locations.
- 10 Best Teams will be selected for the Finale Event – where each team will be provided 15-minute slots on stage.
- Performance Duration: Each performance must adhere strictly to the time limits mentioned in the guidelines.
- Music & Props: Participants are responsible for bringing their own music tracks, instruments, and props as required.
- Code of Conduct: Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of event ethics will lead to disqualification.
- Judging Criteria: Performances will be judged based on creativity, stage presence, coordination, originality, and overall impact.
- Copyright: Participants must ensure all content (music, scripts, acts) is original or legally permitted for use.
- Media Rights: By participating, contestants grant GOAT CUP the rights to record, photograph, and broadcast their performances on all media platforms.
- Liability: Organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during auditions or the finale.
- Change of Schedule: GOAT CUP reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, or procedures if necessary.
- Disqualification: Providing false information or violating event rules will result in immediate disqualification.
- Team Substitution: Once registered, no change in team members will be allowed after the specified deadline.
- Travel & Accommodation: Participants must arrange their own travel and stay unless otherwise communicated by the organizers.
- Payment Gateway: All payments made through the website are processed securely; GOAT CUP does not store any card or bank details.
- Communication: Official updates and s will be shared only through GOAT CUP’s verified website and social media handles.
- Acceptance: Registering for the event implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
